The day the ground opened to the community
For the opening of the ground on Vasfúvó hill, a mounted procession made its way up to the track. Archery, demonstrations from the saddle and quiet work with the horses followed. Gábos Albin photographed the day for Maszol.
The road to the ground
Red flags led the procession as the riders climbed the hill together. The photographs hold the rhythm of the road and the anticipation of a first gathering.
The bow comes into motion
The programme moved from archery on foot to exercises from the saddle. Shields and targets made the speed, balance and attention behind every movement visible.
Everything that holds a run together
Bows prepared beside the track, decorated tack, braids and trust exercises with the horses reveal the work surrounding the most arresting moments.
